App owner mad a really bad decision!!

This app worked great at first. Then stopped allowing me to change my caller ID number. Contacted support and was told I can no longer change my CID. Isnt that what this app is for?? Extremely disappointed.

Update- the company informed everyone that has this app and spent money on this app that we couldnt use the main feature of this app any longer which was to change the CID to any number we choose. Completely bad business move! Would like to see how much money they lose after this poor decision!
